After a string of comedy films, Dileep will now try his hand at playing an action-packed entertainer.

His new film is going to be an action-entertainer. Chandanakallan is the name of the film.

Acclaimed action and suspense film maker K Madhu is going to direct it. Dileep plays the role of a sandalwood smuggler in the film.

In the past, the actor ventured to do some action films which could not fare well at the box office. However he is confident of putting up a better show this time.
