Though his Don managed just an average outing, Dileep still remains a strong favorite among the producers. Besides Lohitha Das's film Chakkaramuthu, Dileep is slated to act in three movies including one to be directed by Sathyan Anthicad.

Dileep and Mukesh will come together for Sathyan Anthikad's flick. This is for the first time that Dileep is acting in Sathyan's film, while Mukesh played a guest role in his Rasatantram, released a couple of months before. The movie is slated for Christmas release. Meanwhile, Dileep would do a movie for Lal Jose, who is on a high following the tremendous opening for his Onam release Classmates. Dileep and Lal Jose have rendered movies like Meesa Madhavan and Chandupottu before.

Dileep is also slated to play the main role in Pradeep Nair's new film. Pradeep's Oridam was critically acclaimed film and was screened in various film festivals.
