The Kerala High Court has granted bail to Malayalam superstar Dileep who has been in jail for 85 days in the actress abduction and sexual assault case for which he has been alleged as the master mind.  

Dileep has sought bail four times before but was denied with the court citing that he could disrupt the investigation.  The Kerala High Court  which now feels that the investigation is progressing well has asked Dileep to surrender his passport, pay 1lakh rupees plus produce two personal sureties.  

Meanwhile Dileep’s new movie ‘Ramaleela’ in which he plays a wronged politician has become a super hit in Kerala running to packed houses in all theaters  from the time it was released last weekend
