Dileep lodged in Aluva prison allegedly masterminding the Malayalam actress abduction and sexual assault on February 17th this year has applied for bail with senior high court advocate Raman Pillai representing him. In the application Dileep has accused ex-wife Manju Warrier, ADGP Sandhya, ad film maker Srikumar Menon and Liberty Basheer of plotting and dragging him into the case.

Dileep has said that Sandhiya is close to Manju Warrier and during her interrogation switched off the camera when he stated about his ex-wife and Srikumar. Dileep has also mentioned that when he divorced Manju his daughter Meenakshi preferred to stay with him instead of her mother which indicates that he is a responsible father. Is remains to be seen whether the superstar will get bail this time.
