’Krishnashtami ‘ Movie Gallery

Actor Sunil has collaborated with producer Dil Raju for action-comedy titled Krishnashtami. The film was initially scheduled for release on January 15 for Pongal. According to sources, the film will now release three weeks before the festival season, says the buzz.

It is being speculated that as more and more films began to join the Pongal fray, Dil Raju appears to have sensibly advanced the release by three weeks in a bid to leverage the maximum number of screens for his film. With films such as Dictator, Nannaku Prematho and Soggade Chinni Nayana confirmed their release dates for Pongal, Dil Raju is of the opinion that the aforesaid movies could play party pooper to his film`s fortunes. As a result, the producer has made up his mind to release Krishnashtami during Christmas weekend either on December 23 or 25.

Directed by Vasu Varma, Krishnashtami features Nikki Galrani and Dimple Chopade as the female leads. The film has music by Dinesh.
