Dil Raju is not worried about the pandemic ahead of the theatrical release of 'Vakeel Saab'. The film stars his dream hero, Pawan Kalyan, with whom he had wanted to work for more than 20 years.
"The film is a remake but it doesn't feel like one. No matter whether you know its story, you will love it," the ace producer says. The soul of 'Pink' has been retained. Rating the films, he says, "I would give 50 marks to 'Pink' and 70 marks to its Tamil remake. But the Telugu remake deserves 100 marks."
"If the advance bookings are any indication, we are going to see magic. The US bookings, too, are very encouraging. Nowadays, advance bookings are a good barometer to gauge a film's popularity," he adds.
He reveals in his latest interview that Power Star will enter the screen at the 15th minute. There are several highs for fanboys to savour.
The producer is all praise for director Venu Sriram. "He has taken the film to the next level. I myself didn't imagine that he would do such a great job. After I watched the double-positive, I told him the film will be a super-hit film for sure," Raju adds. "Without tinkering with the soul of 'Pink', he has ensured an auditorium experience for fans," he says.
