Noted Telugu Producer Dil Raju has been appointed as the Chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation for a two-year term. The Telangana government issued a formal order confirming his appointment. Today, he formally assumed the charge.

Expressing his gratitude, Dil Raju thanked Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy for entrusting him with this role. He emphasized his commitment to reviving the glory of Telugu cinema and promoting Telangana’s cultural heritage.

Dil Raju is extremely deserving of this post, and he is happy to be taking it forward. Dil Raju pledged to work toward the industry’s global growth while addressing issues faced by all sectors, including distributors and producers. He will now be acting as a bridge between the Telugu film industry and the government of Telangana in resolving the issues.

On this note, Telugu Film Industry Council extended its heartfelt congratulations through an official letter. The council expressed confidence that under Dil Raju's leadership, the Telugu film industry in Telangana would grow leaps and bounds.
