The screen charmer No.1 Kannada actress Ramya with many hits to her credit with a recent coveted Film Fare award for her performance in ‘Sanju Weds Geetha’ now heroine for young hero Prajwal Devaraj in 'Dil Ka Raaja'.

Ramya currently working in Kodi Ramakrishna bilingual film with Diganth as co star is appearing for 'DKR' sometime in August.

Debutant director Somanath P Patil producing the movie 'DKR' with his parent's involvement in investment is very happy with Ramya accepting the offer. Actor Prajwal is feeling extremely happy like how Yogish felt happy when Ramya accepted 'Sidlingu' film.

Ramya starting making debut in power star Puneeth Rajakumar in 'Abhi' has acted with all the current stars except Shivarajakumar and V Ravichandran. She acted opposite – Ajay Rao, Upendra, Srimurali, Vijaya Raghavendra, Ganesh in Bombaat, Upendra in Gowramma, Bhimoos Bang Bang Kids, Vijay in Johny Mere Naam, Premkumar in Jothegara, Yash in Lucky, Dhyan in Amrutha Dhaare, Srinagara Kitty in 'Sanju Weds Geetha', Diganth in 'Meera Madhava Raghava' (now acting in Kodi Ramakrishna film), Yogish 'Sidlingu', Chiranjeevi Sarja ‘Dhandam Dashagunam’ and Aditya Babu in Anthu Inthu Preethi Banthu so far in Kannada.

'Dil Ka Raaja' director Somanath Patil with Engineering degree and DIF from Mumbai has worked out a good story and done a screenplay. He hails from Gulbarga district. Somanath is confident of a very interesting film.

Prajwal Devaraj is excited on 15 minutes action journey. There is prominence to a child and pattern of narration indeed very good says Prajwal. Nagineedu of Gabbar Singh is main villain. Abhiman Roy is scoring music. Ajay Vincent is the cameraman.
