The much awaited trailer of Zoya Akhtar's next, 'Dil Dhadakne Do' has been released! The trailer launch was held yesterday evening with the director, producer Ritesh Sidhawani, cast Anil Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Ranveer Singh present for the occasion.

Watch out the crazy Mehra family - including Kamal Mehra (Anil Kapoor), Neelam (Shefali Shah) and their children Kabir (Ranveer Singh) and Ayesha (Priyanka Chopra) - trying to find solutions to their family problems. The Senior Mehras want their son to get married; at the same time they don't want their daughter to get divorced. Enter Sunny (Farhan Akhtar), Ayesha's best friend and Farah Ali (Anushka Sharma), with whom Ranveer feels some spark. Meanwhile the senior Mehras have their own husband-wife differences. On the other hand, the brother and sister Mehras reflect sweet bonding, where they support each other in their problems. And not to forget their cute companion, Pluto...

The Mehras eventually find themselves on a luxurious cruise and what follows is chain of confusions, hidden issues and misunderstandings.

Zoya stamps a very different, refreshing feel with 'Dil Dhadakne Do', compared to her last release 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'. While the earlier film dealt with friends, love and life, DDD focuses on a particular weird, Punjabi family. It is good to see the handsome and talented Rahul Bose after a long time on screen.
