Actor Suriya, who is currently gearing up for the grand release of his much-anticipated film 'Kanguva', has recently found himself in the news for another reason. Rumours have been circulating that he has purchased a lavish private jet worth ₹120 crores, making headlines and setting the internet abuzz.

Reports suggested that Suriya had bought a Dassault Falcon 2000 private jet, equipped with the latest technology and advanced safety features. This move would have set him apart from other Tamil actors, aligning him with his on-screen persona in 'Soorarai Pottru', where he famously portrayed the role of a man who dreams of launching a low-cost airline.

However, these reports have now been debunked. Official sources close to Suriya have confirmed that the news of him buying a private jet is entirely false and baseless. As for his professional front, Suriya is busy with multiple projects. 'Kanguva', directed by Siruthai Siva, is set to release on October 10. In addition, he is currently shooting for 'Suriya 44' with director Karthik Subbaraj.
