A project in the combination of Superstar Mahesh Babu and director Trivikram is at the shooting stage. Titled, Guntur Kaaram, the first glimpse of the film which was released a few weeks back got tremendous response from the netizens and increased the expectations on the film.

Meanwhile, for the past few months news has been circulating on social medis that Pooja Hegde has opted out of the project. Though a official confirmation regarding the same is awaited, anti fans are making fun that Pooja Hegde has taken Mahesh Babu lightly. Did Pooja Hegde truly taken Mahesh Babu for granted and opted out of Guntur Kaaram or not? Remains to be seen.

On the other hand, news is also spread like a wide fire that Thaman might opt out of the film. However, the makers are confident that Thaman will be scoring soundtracks for this prestigious project. If Thaman opts out of the project, reports suggest that GV Prakash Kumar might replace him for Guntur Kaaram.

Guntur Kaaram also has Sree Leela as the second female lead. The film also has Prakash Raj and Ramya Krishnan in prominent roles. Bankrolled by Haarika and Haasini Creations banner, Guntur Kaaram is scheduled for Sankranthi 2024 release.
