'D16' to speak another language

Young director Karthick Naren's 'Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru' released in the last week of December and it has been continuing its magical run in theaters across Tamil Nadu till date.
The thriller flick with a novel presentation and spectacular making has bowled down the audience and critics alike and the positive word of mouth generated by the sublime content is the sole reason for this film's well deserved success.
Now 'Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru' which is also referred to as 'D16' is going to the neighbouring states. The Rahman starrer is being dubbed in Telugu under the title '16'.
Last year the Telugu dubbed version of Tamil super hit 'Pichaikkaran' made wonders in Andhra Pradesh and Telanganan box offices and this has started a new avenue for quality Tamil films in these two states. We wish 'D16' takes that to the next level with its success.
