Dhruv Vikram, the son of versatile hero Chiyaan Vikram is all set to make his acting debut, with the upcoming flick Varmaa, a romantic emotional entertainer, directed by national award-winning maker Bala, who had last directed Naachiyaar. The handsome young hero has been active on social media, and recently he had revealed an interesting detail.

In a recent interview, Dhruv had expressed that his favorite heroine right from his childhood is Trisha, and went on to recall an incident. Though the actor had not spoken to Trisha, he had met her when he was with Vikram for a preview show of a movie. As Dhruv had slept halfway through the movie, Trisha had pinched his cheeks and left, said Dhruv.

Meanwhile, Varmaa, which is the official Tamil remake of the 2017 cult Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy that had Vijay Deverakonda in lead role, is gearing up for a release. The Tamil version has Megha Chowdhury playing the female lead, while Eswari Rao who made a mark with the recent Kaala, will be seen in an important role. Varmaa is expected to hit screens in Valentine's day weekend.
