What caught the attention of 'Dhoom:3' makers is that when news of Katrina Kaif in the movie took the limelight. Buzz about Katrina signed in for a character in the movie and how she is under special training made the film's team quite concerned.

Said Rafiq Gangjee (YRF's Marketing & Communications Vice President) in an official statement that the story which was carried in certain tabloid about Katrina being in 'Dhoom:3' is baseless and the actress has not been confirmed to play any part.

Currently Katrina is preparing for her role in another YRF's project 'Ek tha Tiger' that goes on floor very soon. On the other hand the production is still looking for a fresh face to play the female lead and as of now no one has been cast for the role, Rafiq added.
