All biopics are not the same. But when a biopic is made about our Thala Dhoni, box office trembles. So did it happen when ‘Dhoni: The Untold Story’ hit the screens. The film which had Sushant Singh Rajput had a very good reception not only here in the country but also even inplaces where cricket wasn’t a mainstream.

But now here’s the most exciting update of all. Dhoni’s biopic is all set for a sequel! Yes, the film which is being bankrolled by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP Films will have Sushant Singh Rajput essaying the lead role. Word around is that the sequel will concentrate on Dhoni’s life post the 2011 World Cup victory.

Reportedly, many aspects of his life like leading Chennai to a thrilling win against Bengaluru, the run up to the 2015 World Cup semi-finals, becoming a father to daughter Ziva will play an important role in the movie. Without doubt this is an exciting news for fans!
