Cheyyaru Director who has directed some popular Tamil films and Television serials has passed away a few hours ago due to a massive heart attack.
The shocking news is that death has happened in the work place of Ravi. He was in the shooting spot of 'Annakodiyum Aindhu Pengalum' a tele-serial being telecast in a popular channel. He suddenly got a heart attack and passed away within sometime.
Ravi made his directorial debut in Kollywood with 'Dharmaseelan' starring Prabhu. The film released in 1993. Later he directed the super hit Karthik-Meena starrer 'Harichandra'.He also directed 'Dharmayuddhaya' the Sinhalese remake of 'Drishyam'.
Apart from films, he has directed successful TV serials such as 'Gopuram', 'Panam' and 'Anandham'.
