Vijay Sethupathi is one of the busiest leading men in Indian cinema who is acting in close to a dozen films in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and a silent film as well. His upcoming films include 'Mumbaikar', 'Kadaisi Vivasaiyi', 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal', 'Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir' and Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram'.
A few days back it was whispered in Kollywood that the sequel to Vijay Sethupathi's 2016 super hit 'Dharmadurai' in happening. Seenu Ramaswamy the director of the film clarified on social media that he has nothing to do with the sequel.
Actor-Producer R.K. Suresh who bankrolled 'Dharmadurai' has let it out that since both Vijay Sethupathi and Seenu Ramaswamy are busy with other projects they will not be a part of the sequel. He has also added that he will be playing the lead role in place of Vijay Sethupathi and the director and other details will be known soon.
'Dharmadurai' had music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and starred Vijay Sethupathi, Tamannaah, Aishwarya Rajesh, Shrushte Dange and Radhika Sarathkumar.
