Now that Dhanush is all set to enter Bollywood, the National Award winning actor is learning some crucial lessons. Anand L Rai, who is directing Dhanush's maiden venture 'Raanjhana', has asked the actor to watch Raj Kapoor movies.

I have given Dhanush the DVDs of movies such as Shree 420, Awaara and Mera Naam Joker. I expect that he would give his unique touch to Raanjhana after watching these movies, says the director.

Saying that he wanted Dhanush to totally transform as a Varanasi based youth, as the story of 'Raanjhana is set in the backdrop of the temple town Anand adds he was sure that Dhanush would emerge in flying colors.

Besides 'Raanjhana', Dhanush has other promising projects in the pipeline including films with Bharat Bala of ‘Vande Maataram’ fame, Sargunam and Chimbudeven.
