Dhanush, one of the leading stars in the Indian film industry, has started shooting for his first Telugu film 'Sir' titled as 'Vaathi', in Tamil from today in Hyderabad. The film directed by renowned Telugu filmmaker Venki Atluri has music by GV Prakash and produced by Sithara Entertainment.

Fans have been treated to a mass photo of Dhanush as a student wearing a light blue shirt and dark blue pand complete with tie as his uniform. Fans on social media are stunned at his complete transformation as youngster comparing it with his old getup in 'Asuran' which won him national award.

Dhanush last played a student in '3' directed by his wife Aishwarya R Dhanush released in 2012 and ten years after that he still looks the same is what netizens are raving about. 'Vaathi' has Samyuktha Menon as the pair of Dhanush and sources say that the filming will be done in one stretch and a release date will be announced soon.
