Dhanush to direct another movie

Recently, Tamil actor Dhanush debuted with the Tamil movie 'Pa Pandi'. He is currently starring in a number of movies like 'Vada Chennai' and 'The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir', which are in different stages of production. 'Maari 2' opposite Sai Pallavi is another of his movies.

The versatile actor has made a sudden and exciting announcement that he is starring in and directing his next movie, which will be produced by Sri Thenandal Studios after their mega-hit 'Mersal'.

While he has confirmed what has been speculated in trade circles for the past few weeks, producer Hema Rukmani has added that 'DD2'/D37' would be a "spectacular larger than life opus". More exciting updates will emerge in the New Year.
