Dhanush is one of the most wanted actors in the country. He has a lot of exhilarating projects in his pipeline. Meanwhile, the actor seems to be continuing his streak as a director. Dhanush made his directorial debut with Raj Kiran starrer feel-good drama 'Power Paandi' (2017) in which he played a cameo role.

Dhanush tried to make his second directorial project with a high budget and an ensemble cast in 2018 but the project got shelved. He teamed up with Sun Pictures earlier this year for his second directorial finally, which also marks his 50th film as an actor. Currently, the shooting of 'D50' with an ensemble cast is racing towards the finish line.

Now, the hot news is that Dhanush has already planned his third film as a director. GV Prakash is set to score music for Dhanush's third directorial and the composer confirmed this in a recent interview. Reportedly, the lead role is going to be done by Dhanush's cousin Varun and Dhanush will be playing an extended cameo. It will be produced by Gopuram Films.
