As we all know music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored music for a Tamil film titled 'Yakkai'. The film stars Kreshna and Swathi and it has been directed by Kuzhandhai Velappan. The film has been in the making since 2013 and it has been delayed due to unknown reasons.

During this years Valentines day, the first single track from the film's music album sung by Yuvan was released and it received positive acclaim

Now it has been announced that Dhanush has sung a song composed by Yuvan for 'Yakkai'. The song starts as 'Solli Tholaiyen Ma'. Dhanush has recently recorded for the song and updated the pictures on his social media page.

This song is said to be a highlight of this romantic entertainer.

It is worth noting that Dhanush recorded his first song under Yuvan's music. It is the kuthu number 'Nattu Sarakku', for the film 'Pudhukottaiyilirundhu Saravanan'. Then he sung the super hit 'Enga Area Ulla Varadha' in director Selvaraghavan's 'Pudhupettai'. This is the third song for Dhanush under Yuvan's music and first in another actor's film.
