We had reported a few months back that Dhanush and Selvaraghavan are coming together for a new movie and now we have confirmation from reliable sources that Kalaipuli S Thanu is bankrolling the project under the working title 'D41'. Thanu's V Creations is also behind Dhanush's 'Asuran' directed by Vetrimaaran releasing on October 4th and also the untitled Dhanush-Maari Selvaraj film under preproduction.

There is a bit of disappointing news as well regarding the Dhanush-Selva film from the same sources who have quoted that Yuvan Shankar Raja is not part of it due to unavoidable circumstances. Dhanush-Selva-Yuvan have given the memorable films 'Thulluvadho Ilamai', 'Kadhal Kondein', 'Pudhupettai' and 'Yaaradi Nee Mohini'. Though Selva; and Yuvan had recently collaborated in 'NGK' this time the maverick director has gone for Sean Roldan.

It is said that though Dhanush is in London shooting the Karthik Subbaraj film, Selvaraghavan and Sean Roldan have started composing in Chennai and have already okayed a couple of songs as well. Await official announcement on this exciting project soon after the release of 'Asuran'.
