Dhanush's much-awaited 'Captain Miller', directed by Arun Matheswaran, had a grand theatrical release a few days ago. As the positive reports are pouring in, the film is said to have earned more than 15 crores on Day 1. The Nadippu Asuran confirmed that he completed his milestone 50th film which is also his second directorial and announced his third movie as a director with young actors. If the reports are to be believed, Dhanush is all set to commence his 51st film this month. We all know that 'D51' is helmed by the highly acclaimed Sekhar Kammula.

We have learnt that the shooting of 'D51' will begin on January 24th. The first schedule will take place in Mumbai and Cochin reportedly. The team officially announced earlier that renowned actors Nagarjuna Akkineni and Rashmika Mandanna are joining Dhanush in this film. Devi Sri Prasad is said to score music for this movie which is about a political mafia in Mumbai.
