Actor Dhanush's 'VIP 2' released amid huge expectations last week and the film has been doing very good business at the box office as expected as the ultimate judges of a film aka the audience have lapped it up and thronging to theaters with family. However the film written by Dhanush and directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth received mixed reviews from critics upon release.

In a recent press meet Dhanush was asked about the mixed reviews for the film. To this, the National award winning actor said he is happy that the critics have been proven wrong with the collection numbers. However, he recounted the unanimous positive reviews for his debut directorial venture 'Pa.Pandi' that released earlier this year and said that if he can accept that, he should have the maturity to accept mixed review too. However the multi-talented star requested the critics to get the opinion of the public about a film and include them in their reviews.
