The new promo from Dhanush’s ‘Thiruchitrambalam’ cheers up the fans!

Dhanush fans are elated as their idol’s upcoming film is coming to big screens after several OTT releases. The National Award-winning actor will be next seen in Mithran Jawahar directorial ‘Thiruchitrambalam’. Released by Red Giant Movies, it is slated to hit the screens worldwide in 5 days. 

The promotional works for ‘Thiruchitrambalam’ are going on in full swing. This film marks the reunion of Dhanush and music director Anirudh, fondly called DnA combo, after 7 years. The duo’s live performance in Chennai during the movie’s audio launch garnered a huge craze among the fans. Now, a new promo of Thiruchitrambalam has surfaced online. 

The 30-second video shows Dhanush, who plays the titular role, having a casual conversation with Bharathiraja, who plays his grandfather, and Nithya Menen, who plays his best friend, about the women he loves – Raashi Khanna and Priya Bhavani Shankar. The story focuses on the life of the protagonist’s love stories in various stages of life. 

Produced by Sun Pictures, Thiruchitrambalam is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on August 18. Earlier today, we broke to you that the film was certified U/A by the CBFC and the runtime is believed to be around 2 hours and 39 minutes.
