Indiaglitz broke the exclusive news to you that Dhanush will soon be teaming up with the new-gen filmmaker Arun Madheshwaran for a new movie. Notably, the actor's brother director Selvaraghavan is already making his acting debut in Arun's 'Saani Kaayidham'.

Now, we have red hot updates on the upcoming film. the untitled project is said to be a period gangster drama set in the 1950s timeline. The movie will deal with an unexplored space in Tamil film history. Dhanush will test shoot for the venture soon and the film will gon on the floors next year. On the other hand, Arun Matheshwaran's debut 'Rocky' will hit the screens on December 24.

On the personal front, Dhanush has 'Thiruchitrambalam' with Mithran Jawahar, 'Maaran' with Karthick Naren, 'Naane Varuven' with Selvaraghavan and the Telugu debut film with director Sekhar Kammula.
