The Poes Garden area is one of the poshest and costliest neighborhoods in Chennai where the residences of the late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalitha's Veda Illam and Superstar Rajinikanth's house are located.  Now the latest icon to move in there is none other than the multifaceted Dhanush who has bought land there.

The Bhoomi Pooja for starting the building was conducted at Dhanush's new land today and his father in law Rajinikanth graced it and bless him.  This is the first public appearance of Rajini after he was admitted in a hospital in Hyderabad in late December.  His body language suggests that he is fully recovered which should come as a big relief to his fans.

Dhanush the busiest and most critically acclaimed Tamil hero's next release is 'Jagame Thandhiram' directed by Karthik Subbaraj followed by Maari Selvaraj's 'Karnan'.  His lineup includes the Hindi film 'Atrangei Re', Hollywood project 'The Gray Man', 'D43', 'Selvaraghavan's 'Naane Varuven' and 'D44' produced by Sun Pictures and 'D45' produced by Sathya Jyothi Films.
