'Maaran' features Dhanush and Malavika Mohanan in lead roles, with Master Mahendran, Samuthirakani, Smruthi Venkat, and Krishnakumar in crucial roles. The team has shot the film mostly in Hyderabad, and it will be a stylish romantic drama from Dhanush. The film is produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. Dhanush will be next seen in Atrangi Re, alongside Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar, while he has also wrapped up shooting for the upcoming Hollywood movie The Gray Man.
