Versatile actor Dhanush has completed shooting and dubbing for 'Thodari' directed by Prabhu Solomon. The film's trailer and songs released a few weeks ago while there was no information about the theatrical release date, though it is being said that the film was ready long back.

Now Dhanush has confirmed that 'Thodari' will most probably release on July 29 or August 5. The official announcement on the release date will be made only after the release of the much expected biggie 'Kabali' starring Superstar and Dhanush's father-in-law Rajinikanth and Radhika Apte in lead roles. 'Kabali' is expected to hit the screens by July 15 but there is no official word yet on the release plans.

'Thodari' stars Dhanush and Keerthy Suresh in the lead roles. Ganesh Venkatraman, Pooja Devaria, Harish Uthaman, Thambi Ramiah. Chinni Jayanth and many others.
