Official announcement regarding title of Dhanush - Karthik Subbaraj movie

The magical combo of Dhanush and Karthik Subbaraj is creating waves in the Indian and international film market after the casting of 'Game of Thrones' star James Cosmo and a major portion completed in London. There have been rumours in the media that the film has been titled 'Surali' which is the character name of Dhanush in the film.
Y Not Studios the producer of 'D40' has released a statement that the title doing the rounds is not the one that is finalised for the film and that the official announcement on that would come only in February 2020. The team is currently camped at Madurai where scenes involving Dhanush, Sanchana Natarajan and Vadivukkarasi are being canned. The film has music score by Santhosh Naryanan and Kalaiarasan and Aishwarya Lekshmi play other important characters. The final stage of filming is underway and will be wrapped up by mid-January.
