Dhanush the multifaceted entertainer is making Tamil cinema proud through almost every other movie he makes by widening his horizons and pushing boundaries. His next release is 'Jagame Thandhiram' directed by Karthik Subaraj followed by Maari Selvaraj's 'Karnan' in April.

Dhanush has also completed his Hindi film 'Atrangi Re' directed by Anand L Rai and costarring Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan and has also done with fifty percent of 'D43' directed by Karthik Naren in which he is romancing Malavika Mohanan.

Meanwhile on December 18th came the mammoth announcement that Dhanush will be starring in 'Avengers Endgame' directors the Russo Brothers' new action thriller 'The Gray Man' which is the costliest ever project by Netflix. The film stars Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans in the lead roles with Wagner Moura, Jessica Henwick and Julia Butters also in the cast.

The shooting of 'The Gray Man' was supposed to begin in early January 2021 but the second wave of COVID 19 that ravaged the UK where the film is set forced a postponement. Now reliable sources have informed us that the shooting of this grand project will begin in a few week's time.

Dhanush will be flying to the UK for 'The Gray Man' and has reportedly given a marathon 60 Days shoot as he is playing a pivotal character in the film. This means that the other D projects such as 'D44' produced by Sun Pictures, Selvaraghavan's 'Naane Varuven' and 'Ratchasan' director Ramkumar's SciFi projects will commence only after the Hollywood biggie.
