Official! Dhanush starrer ‘Vaathi’ first look and teaser release date announced

Dhanush is hailed as one of the greatest Tamil actors. He made his Bollywood debut long back with ‘Raanjhanaa’ and the National Award winner recently debuted in Hollywood with ‘The Gray Man’. Meanwhile, it is already known that he is currently working on his maiden Tollywood film. 

Director Venky Atluri is helming Dhanush and Samyuktha Menon starrer titled ‘Vaathi’ aka ‘Sir’ in Tamil and Telugu, respectively. The shooting for the film commenced in January and is marching towards the finish line. The ‘Asuran’ actor will be seen in a younger look and an aged look in the movie. 

Now, the latest hot update is that the makers have announced Vaathi (Sir) first look and teaser release date with a new poster ahead of Dhanush’s birthday. Dhanush turns 39 years old on July 28. Marking the special occasion, Vaathi (Sir) first look poster will be unveiled on July 27 the official teaser will be unleashed on July 28. 

GV Prakash is composing music for the movie jointly produced by Sithara Entertainment, Srikara Productions and Fortune Four Cinemas. On the work front, Dhanush’s next film ‘Thiruchitrambalam’ is due for theatrical release on August 18. He will start shooting for director Arun Matheshwaran’s ‘Captain Miller’ soon.
