As reported by us earlier an aged couple R. Kathiresan and Meenakshi of Melur are continuing to claim that Dhanush is their son despite evidence such as photographs and respected personalities of the industry suggest otherwise.

The couple has filed their counter affidavit after their case was squashed in the Melur lower court. Their latest claims is that Dhanush has provided fake birth certificate bearing date July 28, 1983 at the children's hospital at Egmore here and that his parents were Krishnamoorthy and K Vijayalakshmi.

Kathiresan and Meenakshi state that the VIP` star was born at the Government Rajaji hospital on November 7, 1985 and his name was Kalaichelvan who went missing when studying in the 10th Standard. They are also demanding a maintenance money of Rupees Sixty five thousand. We`ll have to see what the court has to say about that.
