Dhanush after delivering back-to-back blockbuster hits 'Vada Chennai' and 'Asuran' and winning the Best Actor National Award in the process was recently seen in his maiden OTT release, 'Jagame Thandhiram' directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The much-hyped film did not find favor with both critics and the viewers.

However, the multitalented star has a number of projects in various stages of production and only a couple of days back the hot update came from Kalaipuli S Thanu that his next movie with brother Selvaraghavan titled 'Naane Varuven' will go on floors on August 20th.
Today another much-awaited update has come from Sathya Jyothi Film which is that 'D43' starring Dhanush and Malavika Mohanan in the lead and directed by Karthik Naren will resume shooting from July

The news poster announcement contains a still of Dhanush from the set with a mask on and in a light mood enjoying with the crew. The team will move to Hyderabad where previous scenes were shot and the final schedule will be completed in one shot. The film is expected to be released theatrically this year and will be the next treat from the star to his fans.
