Dhanush's official clarification on Netrikann remake!

Few days back there were lots of reports making the rounds that actor Dhanush might act in the remake of the 1981 superhit movie Netrikann which had his father in law superstar Rajinikanth in dual roles.

After this rumour spread, writer and director visu who had written Netrikann posted a video saying that Dhanush cannot start the remake obtaining the rights from Kavithalayaa alone and that he must seek Visu's permission as well.

Now it has been revealed that Dhanush has personally called Visu and had informed him that he has no plans to star in the remake of Netrikann. Dhanush is now acting in Mari Selvaraj's Karnan and will next start Atrangi Re in Hindi.
