Whoa! Dhanushs Captain Miller becomes the Best Foreign Film at the National Awards

"Captain Miller," an astounding action film starring Dhanush, hit theatres in Pongal 2024. Directed by Arun Matheswaran, the film received critical acclaim and became one of the highest-grossing Tamil films of the year. Recently, it bagged an international film award, adding to its accolades.

Sathya Jyothi Films officially announced today that "Captain Miller" has won the Best Foreign Film award at the National Film Awards, London. The makers shared a picture of the award on social media, sparking excitement among fans. Notably, the movie concluded with a hint at a sequel, further heightening anticipation.

The story of "Captain Miller" revolves around a rebel rising against the British empire and caste oppression. It stars Dhanush, Priyanka Mohan, Shiva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan, Aditi Balan, Edward Sonnenblick, John Kokken, Kaali Venkat and others. GV Prakash Kumar composed the musical score for this movie with DOP by Siddhartha Nuni and editing by Nagooran Ramachandran.
