We all know that Dhanush recently wrapped up his work for 'Captain Miller' and moved to his second directorial project, which is his 50th film 'D50'. Now, we have hot updates regarding the surprises for the fans on the phenomenal actor's birthday (July 28).

According to sources, the title of 'D50' with a glimpse is expected to be launched on July 27 and the official teaser of 'Captain Miller' will be out on July 28. GV Prakash Kumar, who composes music for Captain Miller, confirmed the teaser release on his Twitter handle while there is no official word yet on the 'D50' title reveal glimpse.

Reports suggest that Dhanush hasn't started shooting for D50 yet but he is helming the SJ Suryah and Sundeep Kishan portions in full swing currently. The actor is still in the progress of getting his look ready for the movie and the music work is going on parallel. The title is said to be 'Raayan' and it is a revenge drama based on North Chennai.

The shooting is currently happening in AdityaRam Studios, Chennai with a massive set of 600 houses. The star cast includes Dhanush, SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Aparna Balamurali, Dushara Vijayan. AR Rahman is said to be the music composer of the much-awaited movie.
