The makers of Dhanush starrer 'Thiruchitrambalam' have been treating the fans with back to back updates lately. The production house unveiled the characters of Raashi Khanna, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Bharathiraja and Prakash Raj from the world of Thiruchitrambalam.

Now, Sun Pictures revealed the role played by Nithya Menen in the movie. She will portray Thiruchitrambalam's (Dhanush) best friend Shobana. Dhanush's look as Thiruchitrambalam is expected to be released soon. This venture is touted to be a romantic comedy-drama film directed by Mithran Jawahar with music by Anirudh.

On the work front, Dhanush's Hollywood debut 'The Gray Man', directed by The Russo Brothers, is releasing on Netflix on July 22. He also has 'Naane Varuven' directed by Selvaraghavan lined up for release while he is shooting for Venky Atluri's Vaathi/Sir and Arun Matheshwaran's 'Captain Miller' is next up in the pipeline.
