Dhanush, one of the greatest performers in Kollywood, has reached the 50th film milestone in his cinema career with 'Raayan', which is directed by himself. Sun Pictures is bankrolling this much-awaited film. Although the movie is scheduled for release in June, the makers have kickstarted their promotional campaign by unveiling the first single today.

The team presented the song 'Adangatha Asuran' to the fans. Mozart of Madras, AR Rahman, composed the musical score for this film. The song is jointly crooned by Dhanush and Rahman. Dhanush has written the lyrics and Prabhu Deva has choreographed 'Adangatha Asuran'. This is a celebratory song set in the backdrop of a temple festival.

Trippy and heart-thumping beats are the heart of the song along with D and ARR's voices. 'Raayan' is a gangster revenge drama starring Dhanush, SJ Suryah, Prakash Raj, Selvaraghavan, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Saravanan and others.
