Dhanush is all but set to sizzle this Diwali in a dual role performance for the upcoming "Kodi" which is set in a political thriller backdrop. A film's movie promotion is very much proportional to the box office these days and to make it bigger the Kodi Crew will be traveling to various parts of Tamil Nadu for promotion.

The film bankrolled by Vettrimaran's Grassroot film company also has Trisha, Anupama, S A Chandrasekar and Saranya Ponvannan in the cast. Directed by Durai Senthilkumar who also gave away hit films like "Ethirneechal" and "Kaaki Sattai", music is by the talented Santhosh Narayanan. The censor board has already cleared this movie with a clean "U" making it a good entry for the Diwali race.

Dhanush, Trisha, Kaali Venkat, Arunraj kamaraja and many more of the Kodi team will be promoting the movie on 25th and 26th at Salem, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Coimbatore and Madurai. Looks like the producers are making sure the movie is worth the wait indeed.
