Dhanush has announced a split from his wife Aishwarya Rajinikanth. On Monday night, the decision was announced on social media by the 'Karnan' actor first, followed by Aishwarya.

Dhanush and Aishwarya made a mention of 18 years of togetherness as friends, couple, as parents and well-wishers to each other. They both wrote a common note that was shared separately.
