Dhanush's advice to film critics

Dhanush's 'VIP 2' (Tamil) released amid huge expectations on August 11 and the film has been doing very good business at the box office. However, the fSoundarya Rajinikanth directorial had received mixed reviews from critics upon release.
In a recent press meet, Dhanush said he is happy that the critics have been proven wrong. However, the dignified individual that he is, Dhanush didn't forget to acknowledge the positive reviews for his debut directorial venture, 'Pa.Pandi', saying that if he welcomed those reviews, he should have the maturity to accept mixed reviews as well.
The multi-talented star requested the critics to get the opinion of the public about a film and include them in their reviews.
Aren't reviews supposed to reflect individual opinion and not mob's opinion?
