Mari Selvaraj’s ‘Maamannan’ is all set to storm theaters worldwide on July 29th. On the eve of the release top hero Dhanush has lauded the film showering sky high praises. The multitalented, multilingual actor apparently has watched a special screening and has shared his opinion to the world via Twitter.
Dhanush wrote “Maamannan by Mari Selvaraj is an emotion . A big hug to you Mari. Vadivelu sir and Udhaystalin have delivered a very convincing performance. Great work from Fahadh and Keerthy Suresh. Theatres are gonna erupt for the interval block. finally A.R. Rahman sir BEAUTIFUL”. Dhanush has already worked with Mari Selvaraj in the critically acclaimed blockbuster hit film ‘Karnan’ and has signed him to direct a historical film for his Wunderbar Films that will go on floors next year.
Dhanush himself is gearing up to direct his second film reportedly titled ‘Raayan’ which also happens to be 50th film as an actor. Produced by Sun Pictures with musical score by A.R. Rahman the film has Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara, Sundeep Kishan, Aparna Balamurali, Amala Paul and S.J. Suryah in the cast.
Dhanush is currently on the verge of completing his next magnum opus ‘Captain Miller’ directed by Arun Matheswaran and costarring Shivarajkumar and Priyanka Mohan. The film has music by GVP and is expected to release by in the last quarter of the year.
