While actor Dhanush’s upcoming film Velayilla Pattadhari directed by noted Cinematographer Velraj is aiming a May release, the actor has started working in his next project. This film is directed by Vetrimaran as his third film. Incidentally the director’s earlier films Polladhavan and Aadukalam had Dhanush playing the lead role and both the films were commercially successful and critically acclaimed. Adding to this Aadukalam won six National awards including the Best Actor award for Dhanush and Best Screenplay award for Vetrimaran.

The third film of Dhanush and Vetrimaran together has kick started today and the film is being produced by Wunderbar films, the production company owned by the Maryan actor. Dhanush has confirmed thisnews by tweeting, “The team that won 6 national awards is back. Vetrimaran film starts from today. Super proud to announce that wunderbar films will be producing it.”

Other cast and crew details of this untitled project are yet to be announced.

It is to be noted that Taana, another production venture of Wunderbar films has just commenced two days back. Taana has Sivakarthikeyan and Sridivya playing the lead roles and Durai Senthilukumar of Ethirneechal fame.
