The arbitration committee report on the raging controversy of 'Dhandupalya' Kannada film in favor of producer Apple Blossom Limited has irked the author of 'Dhandupalya Hantakaru' novel writer Srinath a journalist of Mysore. He is approaching the Karnataka High Court to stall the film and appeal for justice as director of 'Dhandupalya' Kannada film Srinivasaraju has copied contents of his book and not acknowledged it. It is a pure plagiarism from Srinivasaraju says journalist and author of the book Srinath.

On the other hand director Srinivasa Raju has submitted all the contents he has prepared for the film 'Dhandupalya' and explained it to the arbitrary committee of KFCC from where he made subject for the film.

The KFCC arbitrary committee also ruled that the enough of materials provided by director Srinivasa Raju is enough. The book of Srinath in 2001 is not from his findings or imagination. It is from what has happened in real life that is anyone property the members at KFCC explained.

Not happy with Arbitrary Committee of KFCC in this case journalist Srinath is going to High Court for justice. Srinivasa Raju director of the film 'Dhandupalya' is making preparations for the release of the film.
