'Devi Sri Prasad' tells the story of three youths, namely, Devi, Sri and Prasad.  A comedy, it also seeks to deliver a message.

Bhoopal is playing Devi, a character with negative shades.  Manoj Nandam is playing Prasad, a positive-minded person.  On the other hand, Dhanraj is playing Sri, someone who is ambivalent.  What follows when an unusual incident involving them takes place is what the film is about.  This is a characterization-based movie.  Pooja Ramachandran is the heroine.

Music-directed by Kamran, the film has the cinematography by Phani.
