Devarakondas transformation from Reddy to wala

How Arjun Reddy is Vijay Devarakonda in 'Taxiwala'?  Zilch.  That's what the latest promo video, titled 'The Dream Behind Taxiwala', says.  

So, a small group of naughty kids knock on the doors of the hero's house and subject him to a series of tests so as to check if he has really moved beyond his previous film.  His penchant for cuss words and thick beard is gone.  He is now a new Devarakonda.  And so, he is eligible to step into the shoes of a taxiwala.  

"I had four super interesting scripts. I was wondering what to do first.I had a dream - 4 rowdy kids picked a script for me. I signed #Taxiwaala the next day. Actual reconstruction of the dream behind Taxiwala," Devarakonda says.

Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the multi-genre film (sci-fi thriller, comedy, romance and more) will hit the screens on May 18.
