Actor Suriya who is known for his penchant to don different kinds of roles is currently acting in director Vikram Kumar’s ‘24’. After a dismal entry with ‘Alai’ Vikram Kumar bounced back with horror flick ‘Yaavarum Nalam’ and family entertainer ‘Manam’ in Telugu, both films becoming commercially successful and critically acclaimed. This makes the Suriya-Vikram combination,a deadly one to look out for.

The shooting of ‘24’ is said to be progressing rapidly and Suriya plays triple roles in the film which will be the first in his career. Contrary to reports suggesting that Suriya will be donning the roles of Grandfather, father and son the information we have received from reliable sources close to the unit suggest that Suriya is indeed acting as a father and son but the third Suriya in the film will be a character from a different background with negative shades.

It is also believed that the story will have the time machine element as it is catching up as a trend in Tamil cinema, thanks to the success of the film ‘Indru Netru Naalai’.
