Last week, director A.R.Murugadoss confirmed that Vijay plays dual roles in his upcoming film Kaththi` and the character names are Jeeva and Kathir. Not willing to reveal much about the characters the director just said that the two characters are not father and son as it will be in many films with the lead actor playing dual roles.

Now sources close to the unit reveal that the get up and looks sported by Vijay in both the characters will look similar. This is because the twist in the script is based on the exact resemblance between the two characters played by Vijay, the sources say.

As usual we have to wait for official confirmation from the director or any prominent member from the Kaththi` team.

Kaththi` stars Samantha as female lead and Bollywood actor Neil Nithin Mukesh plays the main villain role. The film is being produced by Ayngaran International and Lyca Entertainments. Music is being scored by Anirudh while George C.Williams cranks the camera.
